Mini Bundt Tins:
Our Nonstick Carbon Steel Tins are excellent for making mini bundt cakes. The Carbon Steel metal is a superior material to bake with due to its sturdiness and even, efficient heat conductivity. It will bake the outside of the cakes a uniform golden brown. The Nonstick coating will allow the cakes to unmould cleanly and evenly with all of the distinct ridges and patterns intact. Although the nonstick coating is strong, it can still be scratched if misused. If you hand wash the pans and avoid using metal utensils directly on them, they will last for a very long time.

Directions for use with our Fluted Bunt Tins:
Apply melted butter with a pastry brush to each cavity of the tin making sure to get in all crevices. Lightly sprinkle flour to create a barrier between the cake batter and the tin. Simply pour your choice of batter into the funnel while holding it over the bundt tin. The batter should come ⅔ up the sides of each cavity before baking.
